Amazing small pump.
Note of caution: this is the 505700 with the 10' cord.
If you want the 25' cord you want the 505701 which Amazon doesn't carry.

This pump was really very easy to install . I use it below a sink in the basement which is below the pipe to the septic. It pumps a big amount of water and is not loud.
